Question

My Employer filed I-140 on Dec 2018. We didn't receive response till early Jun 2019. So, went for upgrading to PREMIUM. USCIS updated status to denial at end of Jun. We waited for two weeks but denial notice never reached us. After contacting USCIS customer service, we finally got hold of Denial notice on first week of Aug.Reason of denial was - USCIS issued RFE on Feb 2019 that my Employer failed to respond. But Employer claims to have never received RFE notice. I also checked USCIS Case Status, it never updated there too.In denial notice, it has mentioned that RFE was to provide evidence that EMPLOYER has ability to pay BENEFICIARY. There is no further information on what exact documents that USCIS was requesting for. 1. How to get hold of the RFE from USCIS? 2. If possible I want to file I-140 and I-485 in parallel if I reapply again, could I do MTR/APPEAL and include I-485 as well? 3. How long does it usually take to hear back from each options: MTR / Appeal / reapply ? 4. Pros and cons of all these op 4. Is it ok to change lawyers at this stage because i believe i could find a better responsible lawyer ? Is that a risky thing to do in the middle of application ?
