I'm an airline pilot in Brazil. A foreing recruitment company called OMS(overseas manpower solutions) togueter with Cape Air, a regional US ailine will file a case on my behalf to get a green card so i can move to US and work for Cape air as Captain. They have done that to many pilots already succesfully. In the past , in the year of 2003 I went to Usa as tourist and took the GED test and got my high school diploma.that's the only high school diploma that i have. Today I have a b1/b2 visa valid and travel to Us on my vacations. My question is: have taken the GED test 16 years ago could bring me any trouble now that I want to apply for a green card? I never had a student visa.
