I am a resident in Romania married to a US citizen and we plan to apply for a CR-1 visa as soon as our wedding certificate is ready. I do have a tourist visa and have been on vacation in the US three times before. I want to go visit my husband who lives there but I wonder if the ongoing cr-1 visa will affect my entry into the US as a tourist and what additional documents will I need at the borders, if any?
