Question

I want to apply for a US tourist visa with my husband and son to visit my parents. However, my mother filed a form I-130 for me a couple of years ago. What are the odds of my tourist visa application getting accepted? Is it worth applying for a tourist visa or will this situation automatically disqualify me? Is it better to cancel the petition before applying for the tourist visa? Would that make a difference? Alternatively, should I instead apply for the visa without my husband and son? Kindly let me know what is the best way to maximise the chances of the application(s) getting approved. For extra context, we are from Yemen, but we live in Ireland and we have a house and a mortgage here in Ireland. My husband is employed and we have long term residence here in Ireland. My son is in full time education is primary school.
