I came to the US in Dec-09 to pursue my masters and I attended "TriValley University" for an year but later the school got closed due to visa fraud and I couldn't finish my degree. Then, I voluntarily came back to my country-India-in Feb-11 and informed the related authorities that I left the US.Now the company where I work is asking me to go to the US to attend a training. While filling the DS-160 application to get the B1 visa, I encountered the following question: "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?".Now,do I need to mention that I attended TriValley or need not as I couldn't finish my studies. Some of my friends in similar situation said they didn't mention TriValley in DS160 and they got their visa but I'd like to go with the correct advice.
