Q.

E-2 Visa

Two nationals(Citizenship 1 France 1 UK) are looking to set up a business in the US, at the same time form an LLC as the business entity.

What would be the best way to go about this?

Set up the LLC with both nationals as 50% owners. And both apply for separate E-2 Visas?

Set up with the principle investor as the 100% owner and the other as a manger with an E-2 or a B1 visa?
