O-1 work Requirment
I work in academia. My H1B will expire at the end of December (end of 6 years). I will start a tenure track professorship position at September. My H1B already transferred to new university. I will apply for O-1 with premium processing this September.
1-Should I also get a work permit like I-765 or is O-1 approval by itself enough to keep me work authorized?
2-Would EB-1b a better choice over O-1?
3-If I apply for NIW, can I work beyond my H1B expiration date?
