Q.

visa waiver program - 90 days or less

I arrived in the USA Dec 30 2008 on Visa Waiver Program and got stamp on I-94 admitted WT until March 30 2009. I left USA on March 30 2009. Did I overstay as I count March 29th as the 90th day?
