Q.

L2 EAD holder; continuation of work with EAD renewal document

Hi Indu
My EAD & I-94 is expirying on May2013. We are in process of getting our I94 extended. can i apply for my EAD renewal right now with my I94 getting extended? can i continue my employment with my EAD renewal documents? If i wait till my I-94 is extended i will be too close to my EAD expiry date that is my worry. Can i continue my employment if i show my employer the proof of my EAD extention?
