H4 dependent visa
My H1-b stamp on passport is from previous company-X, valid till Sep'13, and my current I-797 from current company-Y is valid till june'13.
For filing for H4-b visa for my spouse(in india):
--> Do I need to get stamping for Y, before she could apply for H4, with my Y-stamped H1-b visa?
--> Or my current documents(X-stamped H1-b visa) + I-797 is sufficient for applying for H4.
