CPT & H1B

I graduated with a master’s degree from a US university in 2008. I then applied for my OPT, and started interning with a firm. 6 months into my internship, I was offered a full time position by a firm in Dubai, which I gladly took. I would be perusing my MBA from the US this year.
Would I be eligible to get a CPT during my MBA? I had not applied for a CPT during my first masters
Since I am not eligible for a second OPT, & cannot reclaim my unused OPT. Once I graduate in may 2014 the only way for me to stay in US is to find a employer who is willing to file a H1B by April 2014, but them I would only be allowed to work only from October 1st. Am I supposed to leave the country after I graduate in May 2014 or would I be granted an extended a stay (from May 2014 to 1st of October) ?
