Q.

L1 Visa and L2 Visa

I got L1 visa on march8,2011, valid, 1st nov, 2013 in India. The company giving me the visa, is owned by my real brotherin usa.). He has a sister company in India since last 3 years, which i have been heading. I first visited USA after L1 visa on 2oth june 2011, along with my 18 yr old son,L2 holder.I returned to India after 25 daysin US and not gone back after that. My son also in June, got admission in College for undergraduate course and is studying there.He cameto India for2weeks vacation & returned to USA,he was questioned at airport,that why iam not in USA L1 holder),how he(L2isin usa).I wantmaintain my L1and L2of son,but cannot live in US more than 60days/year spread over3/4 visits plus my son can enjoy benefits of L2,less college fee.any rule of min days stay in us fr L1 retention
