I-94 Expired but has Valid visa till March-2012
Sir,
My daughter's I-94 expired already in Dec-12-2011. I renewed her passport recently. She is leaving to india in Dec-29th-2011 to get her new I-94. Will she face any problem while leaving from US or coming from India? Is there any grace period for I-94? We are worried about her departure from US? While coming will they match(Check)with old -I94? Do i need to give any explanation letter to immigration officer? we are sending her with my family friend. Let me know.
