I reopened the case with correct e-verify number.
but I did nt receive the receipt # yet. As per FED EX, they received it on Thursday 12/15/2011. As per denial notice 33 days period ends on 12/19/2011.
1. will they accept my application.?
2. I just wrote a letter explains why earlier gave wrong e-verified number like adminstrative error in company. Will uscis accept my letter.? or is uscis looking letter/something form lawyer or my employer.
3. if USCIS anything expecting from my employer will they ask me as query of RFE.?
4.Do I need to include any specific thing for this.?
5.what are other options I have right now as My opt already expires.?
6. Can I send any document after I got receipt # with out USCIS asking that.?
7. will they generally ask any RFE/evidence for MTR?
