Approved Perm&I-140 PD current in Jan2012

Applying for I-485.
1)Perm FORM ETA 9098 Primary Work Site(where work is to be performed)/Employers Main Office mentioned as San Jose(my employers Address) but currently I am in Client location Los Angeles.(H1B LCA San Jose and Los Angeles)

Will this create some sort of problem while applying for I485 ?
If so how can it be handled?

2) My recent H1B renewal approved for jan2012-jan2015 have not received orginal I797 yet(received approval notification by email)
(Previous I94 only Valid till 12/31/2011)

Can i apply for I485 without the recent I797 copy.
