I got a denial notice for OPT extension on Nov 16, 2011. due to employer e-verified number.
And my initial opt expires on Oct 5,2011.
1.what are options available to me.?
2.Can I reopen the case with different employer.?
3.if I change my status again to F1, at the same can I reopen the case..? Does this effect the reopened case decision.?
4.which is best option for more chances to approve the case
a. give existing employer' e-verify number
b. give different employer's e-verify number.
5.how long does usually Motion to Reopen take..?6.when will be grace period starts in my case ? denial date or OPT expire date.?
7.still how many day I am in status ..?8.if I reopen the case does that means .. I am in status .Denial decision will effect processing/decision of any case in future.?
