How to extend I-94 Date?
Hi, I have a question here.
My H1B is going to expire on 31st dec 11 and I-94 is going to expire on 04th Dec. Actually emigration officer matched my passport expiry date earlier(At first admission in US) . Now, I have extended my passport and want to extend I-94 date. I want to extend my I-94 date till 31st Dec or more.
Please help me to know the process.
Is I have to visit mexico/canada to get new I-94? Or any other way?
If yes, then how many days need to visit and where?
Note: Visa extension is not filed.
