My EB-3 PD is Aug,2007 and i left that company and joined another company, who again file my Labor in EB3-PD NOV 2010. So, I just did my Education Evaluation from AACRAO and they said,
“The applicant received a Bachelor of Commerce” from the University of Mumbai. This three-year program is comparable to three years of study at a regionally accredited college or university in the United States.”
Recommended Level of Study - d. Undergraduate – fourth year. So, I have talked to few other University and they said, If you do 1 year Undergraduate degree of 30 credit hours, then you would get “Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems” degree. So, I am thinking if I do that, will I qualify for EB-2 Category in future ? (i.e. Bachelor + existing 11 yrs of IT Experience)
