Q.

I-192 appication applied for july 26 2010

I am Canadian and applied for a I-192 U.S. entry waiver about 13 months ago. Homeland security wanted me see a panel physician in May 2011. The last inquiry update(15/08/2011) from the Admissibilty Review Office was"your application is on file. It requires necessary secondary security checks" They did the initial security name check with the FBI when i first applied for the waiver but what do they mean by a secondary security check and usually how long after this security check do they approve you for a waiver? I have one criminal offense which i was convicted in 2005. The conviction was juvenile prostitution. The conviction was an attempt to commit, nothing physical happened. My sentence was 9 months of house arrest followed by 2 years probation. Thank You!
