Q.

H1B 6 years Clock

My current H1B visa expires in Jan/16/2013
My Company laid off employees this month in my category and can file my PERM only by Mar-Apr 2012.
Need to know whether I will fall in the "365 days" for H1B Visa extension when I apply for PERM by Mar-April 2012.
I had done COS from H1B to F1 and F2 status in between , details given below. Does this period count towards H1B 6years clock?
my calculation:
H1B visa period used from mar/20/2007( The first time I entered US on H1B) till Jan/16/2013 will be 4.5 years.
Details:
1. Initial entry to USA on stamped H1B- 3/20/2007
2. Done H1B transfer to another company,8/1/2007
3.COS,H1B to F2 approved,7/17/2009
4.COS,F2 to F1 approved,12/16/2009
5.New H1B visa approved and did COS,11/8/2010
6.H1B visa transfer to current company,2/21/2011
