While applying for the labor we named one director as signing authority and now it is certified, that director is currently unavailable, can we correct the name and have another director sign the document to apply 140? there is another problem with the same labor, the employee's name is misspelled mistake done by the employer, what are our options, can we go ahead and apply 140, if we do this do we have to attach some additional document or we cannot use the labor at all please clarify and please suggest any other options if we have any.
