AR-11 form after Green Card

I work with Company ‘X’ in City ‘A’ and got my green card approximately a year back. I own a town home in City ‘A’ which is my primary residence. I just started working on a project for a client in City ‘B’ that will require me to be at the client site Monday through Friday every week for a year. My customer has set a limited expense budget that is sufficient to cover expenses for rental apartment in City ‘B’, but not a hotel. It is not practical to commute from City ‘A’ to City ‘B’ on daily basis. Let’s say I sign a 1-year lease with a rental apartment company in City ‘B’, but retain my town home in City ‘A’. If I stay in City 'B' and visit City 'A' only 1 to 2 days every month, do I need to fill up AR-11 form? Would the answer change if I go back to City 'A' only at the end of 1 year?
