Hello,

My wife has a H4 visa (valid till Sep'11) based on Company A. I transferred my H1B to company B (in Sep'10) and I already got the approval from company B. Company B has applied for H4 transfer for my wife in May'11 and we are waiting on approval till date. In the mean time my wife had to leave the country in June'11 and came back (got her new I94 till Sep'11) in July'11 on company A visa itself.

Do I need to take care of anything before her H4 gets approved / when her H4 gets approved (If her H4 approval has the I 94 extension based on the I94 number which was available at the time of applying. i.e. before she left the country).

Also, was it legal to come back on Company A visa.
