Concerning reentry to USA
I intend to take leave to India for a period of 6 months or less than a year..Iam a green card holder... I already travelled for 1 month this yr..
Will that cause some problem when i try to reenter? Also for my naturization, I entered US on Mar 2004 and was here in continous residency till Mar 2009 when i took a 3 week leave to india..After that i took only 1 month leave this april..So will i need to apply any form or Am I still eligible to apply for naturalization when i come back?
