Opening an LLC on EAD or H1B
Me and my wife both are on H1B, we both have our Ead/AP, but our I-485 is not cleared. We applied for green card from my job.
Is it possible for her to open a company(LLC) on her EAD or on H1B?
Which will be safer?
She is not planning to leave her current job and her LLC will not be sponsoring in any form.
The nature of service for her LLC will be something to do with online advertisement.
