Converting from EB3 to EB2
My company filed my GC in EB3 category(PD - Jan 2004,country- India).I am currently on EAD and eligible for EB2. Could you please let me know the procedure to convert to EB2.
1.Can i join a new company on my current EAD and ask them to file a new labor under EB2 category
2. Do i have to be on H1 to file a new labor in EB2.
3. How many months it will take to file a new labor(through a different company), i heard that we have to advertise for the position and wait atleast 2 months.
