AC 21 portability question - education requirement
Hi -
I recently switched jobs a couple of months ago. My I-140 is approved and I-485 pending > 180 days, and hence am eligibile for AC-21 portability.
The original PERM application had the educational requirements as Masters + 1 yr experience, with no alternate combination of education/experience allowed.
My current workplace is now filing the AC-21 notice, but they had specified the education/experience as Bachelors + 5 years experience.
The company lawyer says that this is equivalent to the requirements in the original PERM.
Just wanted to confirm this. TIA.
