H4 attends school without changing visa status
Hi,
My wife is currently in H4 visa. She want to know whether she could pursue a full-time/part-time Master program of online universities, like Univ. of Phoenix, or Devry, etc. without changing her current visa status to F1?
I also want to know further whether she could pursue a Master degree at local university in full-time/part-time without changing status. As I know, she could do it with programs of community college in this manner.
