Q.

I-140 RFE

My 1st I-140 was denied & we received an RFE after reapplying again
"The education evaluation submitted in connection with your petition equates the bachelors degree is that of one issued by an accredited US college/University.However this information is not in accord with information contained in many other evaluations for this degree. This degree is normally equated to 3 yrs of postsecondary study in a US college/University.Also,the diploma submitted equates to 2 yrs of post secondary studies. Also provide info that APTECH is accredited by the AICTE & evidence for entrance requirements"

I have a Bachelors degree in commerce(needed by the LC form)& 2yr diploma from APTECH(not accredited)
What can we do.Will submitting a new course by course evauation(120 credit)by sheila danzig help
