Need the travel advice on AP
I am on F1 visa working on CPT with employer who have filed for my GC in EB2 category. My process is in the I485 right now which was filed last Dec in Neberaska. I have the EAP and AP approved. I need to take 2 more courses to complete the degree. F-1 visa is expired but the i-20 valid till September 2011. I want to travel outside US next month. What are the risks of issues in traveling outside country? I have Advance parole. Should I also go for F1 stamping? Please advise on safe method.
