Can i work?
hello sir/madam
I came to US on F1 and changed to H1B status( no visa stamping). My h1b was revoked 6 weeks ago, my i-94 is valid till jun 2012. I have finally found a project and employer to sponsor a H1B transfer.
My question is, do i have to wait till my H1B gets approved and stamped( as i may be required to go through consular processing) to start working with my new employer? or can i start work on receipt of the h1b petition by USCIS( as would be the case with usual h1b transfer)
