1.I have a valid advance parole document that is valid till aug 19.I was planning to go abroad next week,i thought of renewing my AP. Is it ok to leave the country when the renewal is in process?2.Also how many days prior should i apply for the renewal of AP.Should i be present here in US while renewing?3.My wife was in H1 while leaving USA 6 months back.She has EAD/AP which is currently valid.She resigned her job (H1 is invalid),while still in abroad.Now she has to enter USA using her valid AP. how many days can she be outside the country in AP? Will there be any problems while coming back to USA after 7 month stay.4.My PD is current.should i wait for the GC before renewing my AP?How long does it take to approve the GC?5.Can i apply AP on behalf of my wife who is abroad?
