Background: My wife has a Green card and applied Re-entry permit(I-131) before her travel to India since we thought that the stay may be longer than 6 months. She has received approved Re-entry permit. But my wife is planning to return to USA from India next week which is less than 6 months period.

Question: Is it not required to present/disclose travel document (I-131) to officer at POE along with green card& passport since the travel period is less than 6 months? Or it's better to enter on re-entry permit since she has already got approved I-131 document? Please suggest which one is better, entering with travel document (I-131) or just Green card?
