I am to be using my EAD for the first time. My GC was petitioned under 'Market Research Analyst' by a company I worked with till 09 (GC process continues at 485 pending). I moved from there to another on H1B and applied AC21 as well and the H1 petition was still under Market Res. Analyst. My work has been Business Development all through and the present employment too offers that position.
Kindly answer the following 3 questions:
1. Please tell me the procedure for using EAD. Is there an AC21 needed now?
2. Does my work description still have to be as Market Research Analyst or can I freely go as Sr Business Development Manager?
3. I was off employment since last Oct and then traveled to India for 2.5 months (returned on EAD)- any problem with that later when GC interview comes up?
