1. mine and my husband'd i-485 are pending. we are in our our AP's and my husnand's h1b approval is till 2012 next year. eb3i priority date 2005. currently we are in india. due to unforseen issues we have to stay here till 31st may. departed on 28th of jan. it will be more than 4 months. ap expires on 11th nov. will be an issue when we return back in POE
2. is there even going to be any movement with priority dates for eb3 india?
3. we plan to settle down in india for good in april 2012. we want to get a tourist visa. is there any procedure for us to do before returning to india like withdrawing all the applications and surrendering all the cards etc? we want to apply for tourist visa in may 2012. will there be an issue in getting them from immigration view?
