My H1B is valid till june2011. I got I94 till last Oct2010 since my passport expiry date was oct2010.
I got a new passport and applied H1B extension last sep2010(before I94 Expired) for till 2013.

Now I got RFE asking for client letter. client not ready to give letter. need to respond before Feb28th.

1. Is it possible to do H1 Transfer now even I do not have valid I94 applied extension.
2.Either go out of country and come back with new I94 till June at least(since my current visa is valid till tune). Is there way I cannot come back to US because I stayed after I94 expiry even though I applied H1 Extn.
3.If H1 Transfer denies, Can I stay in the old h1 extension If approved
4. If extension approved, can I94 be issued or go for stamping
5.If we respond RFE without client letter
