H1B Extension after 6 yrs and India travel for stamping
My current H1B is expiring in Aug 2011 and my 6 year is getting over in April 2012. My employer is going to file my labor and I-140 now. After that I am planning to travel to India for vacation and stamping. Will there be a problem in that?
There is a question on H1B stamping appointment application "If I have applied for immigrant visa". Should I answer this Yes since I have filed for I-140, since I heard that the chances of getting stamping rejected is high if I answer this as Yes. What should I do?
