1. Is it possible to switch job with I140 receipt number and screenshot of the approval page in USCIS website only. I dont have the actual I-140 approval notice. My current employeer is not willing to share the I-140 notice with me. I got offer from new employeer but they are asking for the approval notice and discussions are going on..what do you recommend me?
2. My current Visa (8th year - i got based on PERM pending for more than year) expires in feb 2012, when my new employer transfers my H1B , will I get 3 years extension?
