Q.

Filing of H1 in 2011 April / OPT EXTN expiring on 19th june 2011

I am on OPT EXTN right now which is going to finish on 19th june 2011. I dont have a job right now and cant file an H1 petition as it needs an offer letter in hand from any company. I have been without job since more than 2 months. I am trying to file my H1 under 2010 quota.
I wanted to know if I get a job and I am not able to file H1 for 2010 quota and I file it under masters quota in April 2011. What will be my status after 19th june ( OPT EXTN Expires) till the H1 gets approved.
