what happens when you study at a community college, been in the US for 4 years, and no legal status, how do you obtain a proper visa, and what kind of visa? i would like to get my daughter a visa but she came on a tourist visa when she was 16 years old, now she will turn 21 in 2 weeks. i want her to have a proper legal stay in the US. both my parents are greencard holders, and my 23-year old son is an american citizen. i am in the Phillipines and cannot be petitioned by my son because of the danger Homeland Security will find out about her. what to do please? we do not have a lot of money to pay for a lawyer.
