H1B i-797 sent back to usics
My I 797 sent back to usics to reconsider by consulate ,I am here in USA now working on the same H1b since the border security let us in by giving us a I 94 for the three yeras valid period.
can I do an amendment on my H1b to protect my status down the line if they decide to revoke it ?
Do a H1B transfer since I have an approved I -140 ? Is it possible to do that ?
What will be other options for me to stay in the country legally ?
