Q.

Experience Required for GC filing

My comp is starting my GC, they want me to add in a already published req. to save their money so that they can file my petition as if they need 2 persons not one for same req.

req. needs Bachelor's + 5 yr exp.
I have 3 Yr bachelors (no comp) + 3 yr masters in comp(MCA). I hv 5.5 yr exp BUT 1.5 yrs with same company as full time and 1yr as a contractor for same company.

1) Can I include my 1 yr exp as a contractor to them?
2) Can I include my 6 months industrial training (last sem of MCA) experience?
3) During MCA I worked with my seniors to earn money, my seniors hv got their own company registered now but at that time there was no company, My seniors are willing to help me and can provide experience letter for work I did with them during MCA. will it be countable?
