I am working for a client as full time for 1.5 yrs, before that I worked for them for 1 year as contractor, This client is now filing my GC, but my experience is not 5 years till I joined them 1-5 yrs back, my ques are:

1) Can my experience with client as contractor be counted for GC Petition?

2) Last semester of my masters course in India is for industrial training so I worked in company for 6 months as trainee and I do not have pay stub for that but I have letter for that experience, can that 6 months be counted for GC?

3)I did 2 yrs part-time work during MASTERS for a small company which was not registered that time, but now is, can I show those 2 yrs as full-time work, company can give letter?
