Laid off in Sep and H1 status disconnected thru new employment (also cancelled by previous employer I suppose), me and wife are leaving for India Dec end. *How long could I stay in India before returning to US on Adv Parole - My EAD has NOT yet been utilized thru employment
*I understand my wife's H4 status siezed after lay off, but her I-94 and H4 is valid till 2012 - when she leaves few days less than 3 months she is still fine?
*When 485 gets approved '20 years later' (Apr 2006 priority), can wife join me through I-824 and in the meantime could she visit me few months on Tourist Visa without a 'dual intent' given how Human Rights of the Married is being violated by USCIS' slackness in GC proceesing?
