My wife and I are Indian citizens back in USA working. My 20 month old daughter who is US born Citizen is in India currently with her grand parents. My infant daughter will travel with her grand parents (without us as we are in USA) from India to USA. What documents do we need to provide for the Airlines and for the Immigration Officers at the port of entry in USA?

Where can I get a template for these needed documents?

Do I need to inform US Consulate or US Embassy in India that my daughter is staying back in India with her grand parents?

Please guide us so that my infant daughter who is US citizen can travel back from India to USA with her grand parents who are Indian Citizens without any hassle for anyone of them or even us.
