i am lawful permanent resident in US since 2002 i am married to US citizen two years latter i apply to Remove the Conditions on Residence that was 2004 and since then i have receive nothing. i try to call any immigration phone number i find and no one can help me.latter in 2010 i went back home to Europe for emergency and i am stile there us soon us i went to Europe i receive letter that i have to show up on interview but because of the emergency that i had i called to let them know that i would not be able to make on interview and that i want to reschedule.A week after i receive a letter that all my rights to reside and work in US are terminated and i have two weeks to my fly back to US
Am i gonna be able to enter the country ? please help me answering this question.
