I'm a foriegn national with MS degree from US.Right now I am in OPT status(F1).I am working for a NJ based consulting company called "ABC".I signed a contract with this company that I will work for 1 year and will leave the company by giving 30days notice in advance. But this company "ABC" is NOT GOOD and I quit from it without proper notice after working for 5 months at the client place.

Now, the "ABC" company send me this notice.
"NOTICE TO CEASE & DESIST,TORTIOUS CONDUCT & CONTRACT BREACH" which says I unlawfully resigned(true), client is refusing to pay the money to "ABC" company(which is a lie , I can prove).It also says that If I dont join this "ABC" company again they will file suit seeking damages like copensatory and punitive damages.

I am worried so much, please advice.
