Lost my employment authorization document
Hello
I lost my EAD along with my wallet. Checked with USCIS local office, they said I got to apply back for replacement EAD. My EAD was valid till 2011 May. Now I cann't apply back since my VISA got expired and I-94 is valid till June 2011. Now I have an job offer from insurance company and they need work authorization for license purpose. I do have my state ID. Can you please help me what best I can do.
Do we need to file a police report for my lost wallet. I'm scared with all police related things. Please advise.
