My 140 on eb2 is approved with company A as current employee and spent 5 years of h1b with them. Moving to company B only because of the hassle of proving employee-employer relationship in the h1b extension.
Company B wants to transfer H1b and file GC.
But company B is a big corporate so can not trust when they change their policy.

1. In future when the priority becomes current can I move back to company A and use the same I140 they filed initially and apply for 485,ead with them?
2. Company A is commenting that since they filed I140 with the clause of current employee, if I move to company B I may not be able to continue the GC(485) with company A even if I move back to A when priority becomes current. Is it true?
Pls provide info to talk to A.
