Travel AP and L2
Currently not working.
Pending 485(priority date Jul-2007) in EB3 (India). I-140 approved. Got EAD card- valid till Sep'12 with finger printing on 07/20/10
I need to travel to India in 3 weeks. I e-filed AP(I-131) 6 days ago. Got Receipt notice.My husband is on L1 - visa.My questions are,
1: Do we get biometrics appointment for AP? What if I get appointment notice after I leave?
2: Can I leave US without AP in hand?
3: I'll try to get L2 stamping, can I come back on L2 only - without AP in hand?
4: If I do need to travel back on AP (if L2 gets denied), would there be any problem at immigration port as I'm not working?
5: Say I come back on L2(I-94 stamped with L2), what class of admission I would enter for future EAD/AP renewal applications?
6:What if I have both AP and L2?
